TRUTH TEST: Paulsen's voting record ad
 

Minnesota's Third Congressional District is seeing an unprecedented level of television advertising, with the vast majority of them being negative.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is using a lot of their money to attack Republican candidate Erik Paulsen. The latest offering goes after a single vote by Paulsen on a complicated issue.
