Rudy Giuliani delivered a fantastic speech! A delightful combination of delicious sarcasm and witty observations directed at the Obama campaign. I especially enjoyed Giulianis poke at Obamas voting record.

"Almost 130 times he couldn't figure out how to vote! Yes or no! It must be too hard for him!". Phil krinkie started a chant of "Yes or No" which really caught on in the Minnesota delegation on the floor.

We continued to chant as Giuliani talks about Obamas lack of executive experience, and how be wished he could gave voted "present" as the mayor of new York. Giuliani eventually heard the chant and laughed - on the middle of his speech - at our unexpectedly catchy and topical vocalization.
